COLORADO! We are pleased to present a reimagined special music event, The 16th Annual Last Waltz Revisited. The show will be on Wednesday, November 25, 2020 at the Farm House @ Breckenridge Brewery, Littleton, CO.
The 2020 version of the 16th Annual Last Waltz Revisited will be different than previous years and will include a safer outdoor Rain or Shine show with a socially distanced seating model designed in pods. Enhanced staging, production, video screens and sound will make it this year’s show a memorable experience.
As always, a portion of proceed from the event will go to benefit the Denver Rescue Mission (DRM). We will have a Canned Food Drop-Off Location for the DRM at the Breckenridge Brewery (Littleton) which will service concert goers and fans who are not attending the event. Anyone who drops canned goods off for the DRM will receive a Free Annual Commemorative Poster from the 16th Annual Last Waltz Revisited.
All possible safety measures have been implemented to maximize the potential safety of guests. All aspects of the experience have been modified including tickets options, number of guests attending, mask policies, social distancing requirements, arrival guidelines, seating, pod configuration, food and beverage, restrooms and sanitation.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY RELATING TO COVID-19
COVID-19 has been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization. COVID-19 is extremely dangerous and is believed to be spread from person-to-person contact.
As a result, federal, state and local governments and state health agencies recommend social distancing and have in many locations, set regulations for the congregation of groups of people. The State of Colorado, Arapahoe County and City of Littleton have determined that under limited circumstances, using strictly followed health guidelines, certain businesses and other organizations may operate. This is not to be seen as any medical or health care determination that COVID-19 is no longer a threat to the lives and health of the citizens of Colorado.
The owners and operators of Breckenridge Brewery, LLC, the Farm House @ Breckenridge Brewery, (collectively the “Venue”), Tabima Enterprises LLC, and The Last Waltz Revisited (collectively the “Artist”), have put in place certain preventative measures recommended by governmental authorities to reduce the spread of COVID-19; however, the Venue and Artist cannot guarantee you or anyone in your family will not become infected with COVID-19. Further, your physical presence at Venue could increase your risk of contracting COVID-19 as well as the risk you could infect others, including your family members, with COVID-19.
By purchasing a ticket and entering the Venue and attending this Venue event, I, members of my family and party members attending the event with me (“Party”) acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk that I may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and death. I acknowledge that I understand the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID-19 at this Venue event may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of myself and others including, but not limited to, Venue and Artist employees, independent contractors, crew, security personnel, promoters and their respective employees, agents and representatives.
By purchasing a ticket to the Venue event and/or by entering the Venue, I agree to assume all of the risks described above and accept sole responsibility for any injury to myself (including, but not limited to, personal injury, disability, and death), illness, damage, monetary loss, claim, liability, or expense, of any kind, that I, my family member or Party may experience or incur arising from my attendance at the Venue or participation in any event held on the Venue premises (“Claims”). I understand and agree that this release includes any Claims based on the actions, omissions or negligence of Venue and Artist employees and independent contractors, crew, security personnel, promoters and their respective employees, agents and representatives.
On my behalf, and on behalf of my family and Party, hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless the Venue and Artist employees, independent contractors, crew, security personnel, promoters and their respective agents and representatives, of and from any and all Claims, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating thereto. I understand and agree that this release includes Claims based on the actions, omissions, or negligence of the Venue and the Artist employees, independent contractors, crew, security personnel, promoters and their respective agents and representatives whether a COVID-19 infection occurs before, during, or after attendance at the Venue. I also agree that any dispute or claim relating to my attendance at the Venue to see the Artist will be governed by the internal laws of the State of Colorado.
I agree to protect, defend, indemnify and hold harmless Venue and Artist (as well as their employees, independent contractors, crew, security personnel, promoters and their respective agents and representatives) regarding any of these Claims, and shall be liable to pay attorneys’ fees and costs incurred by Venue and Artist or any of the foregoing persons mentioned in this paragraph in event that I or any person in my family or Party brings a Claim that has been otherwise waived by this agreement.
AGREEMENT TO ADDITIONAL RULES AND REGULATIONS:
By purchasing a ticket to Venue, I agree to the following prior to my attendance:
If I am exhibiting any symptoms, feel sick, or have a fever, I will not enter the Venue.
If I am aware that I have been exposed or potentially exposed to any individual that has tested positive to COVID-19, I will not enter the Venue.
If I or any members of my Party do not attend the Venue because of one of the above reasons, I will not receive a refund.
This event will take place rain or shine and if I or any members of my Party choose not to attend for any reason, I will not receive a refund.
By purchasing a ticket to Venue, I agree to the following rules and regulations while on the property of the Venue:
All attendees must be 21 years of age and provide a valid Colorado ID upon entry.
All attendees must wear a mask that covers both the nose and mouth when entering and exiting the Venue.
While waiting to enter the venue, all attendees must follow directions from event staff and observe social distancing including remaining 6’ away from the Party entering before and after their Party.
All attendees must enter the Venue through a safety/security checkpoint and must submit to a temperature checks and a security scan.
Any attendee attempting to bring alcohol, illegal substances, illicit goods, fireworks, weapons, guns, knives or laser pointers into the Venue will be immediately removed from the premises and held accountable and prosecuted by state and federal law.
All attendees must wear a mask that covers both the nose and mouth ANYTIME they are away from my assigned pod (table/seat).
All members of a Party (Pods caped at 4 or 6 people, depending on my ticket type) must arrive together at the same time.
All members of a Party (Pods caped at 4 or 6 people, depending on my ticket type) will remain together at their assigned table and no other individuals or Parties will be combined.
Attendees must remain at their table with their pod during the concert except to use the restroom and order food or beverage. When attendees get up from their tables for these reasons, a mask must be worn at all times.
There is no re-entry to the Venue.
Absolutely no standing outside of the venue or gatherings on the sidewalks of the Venue will be allowed and will be enforced by security.
There will be no hand-to-hand transactions for tickets at the entrance of the venue.
What are the different types of tickets I can purchase?
Tickets are available for a Pod, which is defined as a group 4 or 6 individuals dependent on the ticket type. Individual tickets are not available.
Pods are capped at 4 or 6 people, depending on the ticket type. There are two options for where your Pod will be seated.
Farm House Outside Pod – This ticket option includes an outside picnic table area for up to 6 individuals. The picnic tables are at least 6ft apart and cannot be moved.
Outside amenities include multiple beverage stations, food stations, and designated portable restrooms.
Farm House VIP Pod – This ticket option includes a table for up to 4 individuals on a covered patio. The tables are at least 6ft apart and cannot be moved.
VIP amenities include covered seating, heaters on the covered patio, dedicated server and designated indoor restrooms.
NOTE: Outside seating patrons must remain in the outside seating area. VIP Farm House seating patrons must remain in the Farmhouse and may not enter the outside seating area.
How much are tickets?
Lottery Round 1 –
Farm House Outside Pod – 1 outside picnic table/Pod area for up to 6 individuals, cost $600 (including ticketing fees)
Farm House VIP Pod – 1 covered patio table/Pod for up to 4 individuals, cost $600 (including ticketing fees)
Lottery Round 2 – potentially to be announced following the close of Round 1 (TBD) pending capacity regulations.
Are tickets refundable?
All ticket sales are final. No refund requests or ticket transfers will be granted, with the exception of the following:
Refund will only be granted if Colorado Governments, State and/or Local, change Covid-19 restrictions and status which would cause attendance to be limited or the show to be cancelled.
This event is rain or shine.
When should I arrive?
Doors open at 12:00pm – Arrive early!
All attendees within a single pod MUST ARRIVE AT THE SAME TIME. No party can be seated until all members of the pod have arrived and signed a waiver.
Where should I park?
Free Parking will be available in the Breckenridge Brewery parking lot – 2920 Brewery Lane, Littleton, CO 80120.
What will happen when I arrive at the entrance of the venue?
Absolutely no standing outside of the venue or gatherings on the sidewalks of the venue will be allowed and will be enforced by security.
There will be a safety/security checkpoint at the entrance to the venue which includes temperature checks. Please be patient and follow all instructions from Breckenridge Brewery Event Staff.
Each Pod will be seat individual by the Breckenridge Brewery Staff.
Will there be food and beverage?
Attendees will be able to purchase food and beverages from Breckenridge Brewery.
Water Station – attendees may bring empty water bottles and fill at Breckenridge Brewery Water Station
Anyone caught concealing or attempting to bring alcohol into the venue will be immediately removed from the premise and not receive a refund.
Are there restrooms available?
Outside Pods will have access to portable restrooms.
Farmhouse VIP Pods will have access to indoor restrooms.
Strict guidelines will be provided to ensure safety and cleanliness.
Sanitizer will be available for use throughout the Venue.
What should I bring?
Attendees are invited to bring blankets and warm clothes. Blankets and similar items must fit within the square footage of your pod. You may not combine pods with other groups or share items between pods.
Do I have to wear a mask?
Masks are required upon entering and exiting the Venue.
When using the restroom, ordering food or beverage, masks are required. Any attendee that leaves their pod, refuses to wear a mask, or does not follow the designated walkways will be asked to leave the venue without a refund.
Can I combine my pod with another pod?
Your pod occupancy must not exceed your ticket type. If you purchase a 4-person pod, or 6-person pod your pod should never contain more than allotted amount.
The 6’ft space to the left and right of each pod must remain clear of items and people at all times.
You cannot leave your pod for any reason other than using the restroom or ordering food and beverage. Socializing with guests inside another pod is prohibited.
What time does the show start and end?
The show starts at 1:00pm and will conclude at 5:30pm.
