COLORADO! We are pleased to present a reimagined special music event, The 16th Annual Last Waltz Revisited. The show will be on Wednesday, November 25, 2020 at the Farm House @ Breckenridge Brewery, Littleton, CO.

The 2020 version of the 16th Annual Last Waltz Revisited will be different than previous years and will include a safer outdoor Rain or Shine show with a socially distanced seating model designed in pods. Enhanced staging, production, video screens and sound will make it this year’s show a memorable experience.

As always, a portion of proceed from the event will go to benefit the Denver Rescue Mission (DRM). We will have a Canned Food Drop-Off Location for the DRM at the Breckenridge Brewery (Littleton) which will service concert goers and fans who are not attending the event.  Anyone who drops canned goods off for the DRM will receive a Free Annual Commemorative Poster from the 16th Annual Last Waltz Revisited.

All possible safety measures have been implemented to maximize the potential safety of guests. All aspects of the experience have been modified including tickets options, number of guests attending, mask policies, social distancing requirements, arrival guidelines, seating, pod configuration, food and beverage, restrooms and sanitation.

COVID-19 Waiver

ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY RELATING TO COVID-19

COVID-19 has been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization.  COVID-19 is extremely dangerous and is believed to be spread from person-to-person contact.

As a result, federal, state and local governments and state health agencies recommend social distancing and have in many locations, set regulations for the congregation of groups of people.  The State of Colorado, Arapahoe County and City of Littleton have determined that under limited circumstances, using strictly followed health guidelines, certain businesses and other organizations may operate.  This is not to be seen as any medical or health care determination that COVID-19 is no longer a threat to the lives and health of the citizens of Colorado.

The owners and operators of Breckenridge Brewery, LLC, the Farm House @ Breckenridge Brewery, (collectively the “Venue”), Tabima Enterprises LLC, and The Last Waltz Revisited (collectively the “Artist”), have put in place certain preventative measures recommended by governmental authorities to reduce the spread of COVID-19; however, the Venue and Artist cannot guarantee you or anyone in your family will not become infected with COVID-19. Further, your physical presence at Venue could increase your risk of contracting COVID-19 as well as the risk you could infect others, including your family members, with COVID-19.

By purchasing a ticket and entering the Venue and attending this Venue event, I, members of my family and party members attending the event with me (“Party”) acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk that I may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and death. I acknowledge that I understand the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID-19 at this Venue event may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of myself and others including, but not limited to, Venue and Artist employees, independent contractors, crew, security personnel, promoters and their respective employees, agents and representatives.

By purchasing a ticket to the Venue event and/or by entering the Venue, I agree to assume all of the risks described above and accept sole responsibility for any injury to myself (including, but not limited to, personal injury, disability, and death), illness, damage, monetary loss, claim, liability, or expense, of any kind, that I, my family member or Party may experience or incur arising from my attendance at the Venue or participation in any event held on the Venue premises (“Claims”).  I understand and agree that this release includes any Claims based on the actions, omissions or negligence of Venue and Artist employees and independent contractors, crew, security personnel, promoters and their respective employees, agents and representatives.

On my behalf, and on behalf of my family and Party, hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless the Venue and Artist employees, independent contractors, crew, security personnel, promoters and their respective agents and representatives, of and from any and all Claims, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating thereto. I understand and agree that this release includes Claims based on the actions, omissions, or negligence of the Venue and the Artist employees, independent contractors, crew, security personnel, promoters and their respective agents and representatives whether a COVID-19 infection occurs before, during, or after attendance at the Venue.  I also agree that any dispute or claim relating to my attendance at the Venue to see the Artist will be governed by the internal laws of the State of Colorado.

I agree to protect, defend, indemnify and hold harmless Venue and Artist (as well as their employees, independent contractors, crew, security personnel, promoters and their respective agents and representatives) regarding any of these Claims, and shall be liable to pay attorneys’ fees and costs incurred by Venue and Artist or any of the foregoing persons mentioned in this paragraph in event that I or any person in my family or Party brings a Claim that has been otherwise waived by this agreement.
